Wanting a bit of the good life!
When our construction supplies business was purchased, after the integration period was completed, rather than feet up, it was time to think of the next project.
Jeremy and Jane both have a passion for the outdoors and the produce it can generate. Jane has a background in accounting so our new office in Trent was ideal to develop and establish new customers to aid with her bookkeeping. Coincidentally, the orchard adjacent had space for a polytunnel and several raised beds.
The land was poached by horses, extremely wet after the winter rain, and in need of some goodness being added back. We knew the veg wouldn't be ready this year, so we decided to start selling ready made produce at the local artisan markets, which is why we can bring to you authentic Palestinian fare and Mediterranean flavours prior to the homegrown stuff kicking in in 2025
